Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okvl ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino service available at okvl.asia. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any feature of the okvl platform.

Your use of the okvl platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or claiming a promotional offer — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. okvl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the okvl platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. okvl enforces a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly provide services to anyone under this age.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Each account must correspond to a single, individual player.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okvl, or a member of any such person's immediate family.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion, either imposed by okvl or voluntarily requested by yourself, at the time of registration or play.
• You have not previously had an okvl account closed or suspended for a terms violation.
• You are registering and playing for personal recreational purposes only, not for commercial gain or on behalf of a third party.

okvl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure without prior notice.

Account Registration

To access the betting, casino, and gaming features of okvl, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identities, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okvl employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds held across all associated accounts will be forfeited, and all accounts may be permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all information provided at registration and during any subsequent verification request.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying okvl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

okvl will never contact you to request your password. Any message claiming to be from okvl and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okvl platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okvl does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit; however, transactions above a certain threshold may be subject to enhanced verification under okvl's anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

okvl reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on any associated bonus have been satisfied. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned to the same method upon withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

okvl offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified okvl account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus balances that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated from those funds.
• okvl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the exploitation of system errors, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the okvl platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all okvl products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where okvl provides an explicit cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market.
• okvl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market that was suspended, closed, or incorrectly priced at the time the bet was accepted, or where the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure that results in a bet not being correctly recorded in okvl's system, the bet shall be considered void and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are governed by the okvl Cricket Betting Rules, available within the platform's help section.
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) are streamed from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the applicable studio ruleset, which is displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Slot games are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Microgaming. Each game's paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and rules are accessible within the game itself.
• Crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) are governed by the provably fair algorithm operated by the relevant provider. okvl does not modify or interfere with the outcome mechanics of any third-party game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okvl platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of the account:

• Registering more than one account on the okvl platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider trading in connection with any event on which okvl offers betting markets.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the okvl platform, including its source code, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okvl staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising a dispute with okvl support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

okvl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by okvl.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at okvl's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at the player's own request), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okvl platform — including but not limited to the okvl brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of okvl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okvl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any okvl content without express written permission.
• Use the okvl name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any okvl content.
• Use any okvl content for commercial purposes of any kind.

Game content, including slot themes, live casino interfaces, and crash game mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, and others). Use of game content is subject to the terms of the applicable studio's licence agreement.

okvl's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's verified okvl account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Responsible Gaming

okvl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be accessed and configured directly from within a player's account settings:

Amended Terms will take effect on the date of publication unless a different effective date is specified in the notice. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. okvl operates the platform as an online entertainment service and makes no representation that the content or services offered are appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the okvl platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. okvl accepts no liability in respect of any player's non-compliance with local laws.

In the event of any dispute between a player and okvl, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be submitted to the okvl support team for formal review. okvl will issue a written determination within 14 business days of receiving a formal dispute submission.
